In this modern era where every individual is living his or her life in a hustle bustle and a race to move forward, there is no time enough for us to look after ourselves. Being human, it’s our first necessity to look after our health and stay fit.

Fitness comes in different forms. Moreover, it depends on one’s mindset how they perceive the concept of fitness. For some, fitness stands in the criteria of being slim. Others, especially most of the females take it as being skinny. Another group that aesthetically believes in fitness take it as bodybuilding and muscle gaining.

Many people we see today who wish to look attractive having a strong body opt to go for bodybuilding.

Bodybuilding could be defined as increasing muscular mass to look bulky with less then 4% fat in the body, Doing this is not a piece of cake. It comes with a massive effort on our bodies on regular basis. It has to be done through strength training, training through heavy weights and specific floor workouts.

The most important fact that the beginner builders should keep in their mind is the ratio of workout and diet i.e 20 and 80%. The famous quote “Bodies are made in the kitchen, not in the gyms” says it all.

If you are an aspiring bodybuilder, nothing among diet and workout would work alone to give you desired gains. Diet plans ought to be prepared under the guidance of expert trainers or expert bodybuilders. You just can’t eat anything of your choice if you want to shred yourself to show visible muscle mass.

The other important thing that comes to your workout is the ratio of weights and repeats for daily exercise according to your goals. You just can’t blindly use any weights and do repeats till your wish to achieve your goals. There is a simple key to be kept in mind i.e heavy weights and less repeats lead to bulky muscle mass whereas light weights and more repeats lead to weight loss.

Today there exists a huge world of bodybuilding. The ones who gain the exact knowledge at the beginning of their journey become best bodybuilders in the future. Remember, gains are not a fruit to be pluck from the tree. Gains come with hard work, time and the most important, consistency.

There is a faster but lethal way to have gains overnight. That way is the use of steroids. A beginner who steps into the world of bodybuilding, if doesn’t find a way to perfect and professional guidance could easily be exploited by the black sheep making money trapping the men and women who want to build their bodies overnight with less or no effort at all. This toxic short cut has lead a huge number of bodybuilders to death all over the world.

Stay calm, stay consistent, find professional coaches, workout right, eat healthy, do not let your dreams die and there will be a day your body would be envied and wished for!!!

Good Luck!!!
